2020 Md. Laws, Chapter 57 alters the applicability of certain prevailing wage rates. Effective October 1, 2021, prevailing wage rates apply to any construction of a public work in which 25% or more of the project’s total funding is provided by the State. Additionally, the contract threshold for prevailing wage rates has decreased to $250,0000
