The first $40 million appropriated to the program is distributed to eligible school systems proportionally based upon full-time equivalent enrollment. Any funding over $40 million is distributed proportionally based upon the school system\u2019s share of enrollment growth above the statewide average percentage.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">EGRC is administered as part of the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) as supplemental funds. Projects awarded EGRC funds must align with all CIP requirements and are subject to the standard State and local cost-share percentages.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span
