Baltimore City Extra $15 Million for HVAC
2018 SB 186 included $15 million for Baltimore City HVAC improvements. Funds were made available for design and construction of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning improvements at Baltimore City public school buildings. The IAC approved allocations for 19 projects at its December 13, 2018 and February 12, 2019 meetings.
Status Report
As of March 27, 2025 18 projects were operational and one was in the punch list phase, expected to be fully complete soon.
